Role & responsibilities

Prepare QA/QC Plan For Compliance With The Contract.
Review, Approve And Monitor The QA/QC Plan.
Ensure Conformity With The Specifications And Comprises The Control Of Workmanship
And Materials
Review Material Sources
Prepare Test Programs As Necessary
Monitor All Field Tests And Test Results
Verify Accuracy Of Field Datum Points And Field Survey Control Network
Check And Verify Accurate Setting Out Of All Alignments, Structures And Work For
Accuracy Of Line, Level And Cross-Sections
Check Material Specifications, Drawings, Materials Received • Check Work Instructions And Records To Ensure Contract Compliance
Check Contractor's Construction And Finishing On Compliance With Contract Specification Check Contractor's Compliance With Latest Regulation And Standards
Prepare And Provide Regular Quality Inspection Overview Reports To The Client.
QA/QC Audit Of Contractors Activities On Site.
Issuance Of Internal Non Conformance Reports/Corrective Action Reports. • Approval Of Corrective Action Reports.
Insurance Of External NCR.
Closeout Of Qc Issue.
