Job Description

Desired Requirements :

Develop strategic sourcing plans for Capex items required in plant. Identify potential supplier, conduct negotiation and establish strong partnership to ensure smooth supply of quality items at reasonable price.
Evaluate and manage vendor performance, ensure adherence to quality standard, delivery schedule and cost effectiveness.
Develop strategies to improve inventory and reduce inventory carrying cost.
Monitor market trends and adjust procurement plans and price accordingly.
Optimize cost of min max item and ensure availability as per defined level in units across the India.
Development of alternate vendor and new vendor to mitigate dependency on single vendor.

Additional Requirements:

Good MS Office excel/PPT skill set.
Having experience to handle the IMS & ISO Audit with document preparation & Audit compliance.
Experience in international Strategic Purchasing will be an added advantage.
