Job Description

Role Overview: As an Assistant Manager of Provider Network, you will be responsible for collaborating to design, implement, launch, and manage a comprehensive provider network to facilitate experience workstreams. You will also coordinate with relevant stakeholders for initiating the RFP process to facilitate partner onboarding, maintain relationships with the partner ecosystem, and ensure smooth operations by testing various functionalities with network partners. Additionally, you will gather requirements for streamlining process flow, develop detailed standard operating procedures, and enable efficient claims management processes. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, launch, and manage a comprehensive provider network - Collaborate with stakeholders for initiating the RFP process and partner onboarding - Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for onboarding and maintaining relationships with partners - Test functionalities with network partners to ensure smooth operations - Gather requirements for streamlining process flow - Develop detailed standard operating procedures - Enable efficient claims management processes - Design and ensure implementation of agreed SLAs - Monitor and publish dashboards for performance metrics - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for testing and implementing integration with the partner ecosystem - Engage with the provider network through effective communication and data-led analytics - Continuously train providers based on utilization patterns and performance metrics - Monitor performance and utilization patterns to generate feedback loops and data analytics Qualifications Required: - Degree or Management degree (healthcare management preferred) - 4-6 years of experience in the provider network department of OPD/Insurance company - Strong skills in data analytics and stakeholder management - Excellent understanding of procurement, negotiation, partner onboarding, and outsourcing compliance processes - Ability to make quick decisions, good judgment, and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong negotiation skills - Openness to embracing change and managing it - Understanding of startup challenges and passion to work in a Zero-to-One environment Additional Details: Prudential (UK), in partnership with HCL Group, is setting up a standalone Indian health insurance company to address the growing healthcare needs of the Indian consumer.
