Job Description

Location: Gurugram & Haryana ,Gujarat, Guwahati, Vidarbh, Delhi, Bangalore, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh Roles and Responsibilities (KRAs): Supervise State-Level Operations: Oversee daily operations across assigned states to ensure PSEs meet their sales targets and operational goals. Monitor individual and team performance to ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets. Provide on-the-ground leadership and strategic support to PSEs and other stakeholders. Review and Provide Feedback on DARs Review Daily Activity Reports (DARs) submitted by PSEs to ensure timely, accurate reporting and high-quality customer interactions. Offer actionable feedback to PSEs to enhance performance, improve customer relationships, and optimize sales strategies. Identify and address any gaps in execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and targets. Coordinate with Deputy Managers Collaborate closely with Deputy Managers to allocate resources effectively, address operational challenges, and ensure support for regional goals. Assist in the development of regional and state-level sales strategies, adapting approaches based on local market needs. Maintain State-Level Relationships Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders at the state level, including clients, government officials, and business partners. Work closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Focus on B-Category Account Development Identify potential B-category accounts and develop strategies for their growth, transitioning them from lower to higher-value customers. Establish and nurture relationships with B-category clients to promote brand loyalty and expand sales opportunities. Key Performance Areas (KPAs): Achievement of state-wise sales targets. Quality and timeliness of PSE reporting, feedback, and coaching. Customer retention rate and satisfaction. Effective movement of accounts from C-category to B-category. Qualifications and Skills: MBA in Marketing or equivalent preferred. 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management. Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and strategic planning.
