JOB PROFILE Key Result Areas: 1. Project Management (MEP) 2. Business parameters 3. Process Compliance 4. Working capital management 5. Engineering & Technical support Job Description: 1. Understanding customer requirements with regard to MEP part of Interiors projects 2. Co-ordinate with MEP Designers / Consultants regarding Design solutions 3. Prepare Technical Submittals and get customer approval 4. Preparation of detailed project plan and co-ordinate with all team members 5. Locate and appoint suitable vendors for projects 6. Negotiate suitable terms with vendors 7. On-time performance in projects 8. Delivery of desired quality levels 9. Verifying vendors work/bills 10. Compliance with ISO and statutory requirements 11. Developing knowledge base and good practices REQUISITE QUALIFICATION Essential: Degree / Diploma in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical) REQUISITE WORK EXPERIENCE Essential: 2 years for Degree & 4 years for Diploma SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED Essential: 1. Project Management 2. MEP Knowledge 3. Interpersonal skills 4. Communication skills 5. Analytical skills
