Assistant Manager - Program Management

You will be responsible for managing projects from planning to execution, collaborating with multiple stakeholders, and reporting progress to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets. This operational role plays a crucial part in delivering results that directly impact the achievement of project goals as per business requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing initiation, scheduling, tracking, reporting, and executing projects according to agreed schedules and scopes using standard templates. You will set appropriate schedules for the development of deliverables, define project milestones, highlight dependencies, develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against established metrics. Additionally, you will support in managing project budgets, ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints, identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies. It will be your responsibility to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. You will also be expected to drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. The minimum qualification required is relevant years of experience in program management. Desired skill sets for this role include proficiency in reporting, proposal writing, and budget planning, as well as good knowledge of program and project management methods. Additionally, skills in risk assessment and time management will be beneficial for this position.,
