Role & responsibilities Oversee daily dough production to ensure consistency and quality. Manage production schedules to meet demand and avoid shortages. Supervise and train dough production staff on procedures and safety. Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients. Ensure dough-making equipment is properly maintained. Conduct regular quality checks and resolve production issues. Enforce hygiene and food safety standards in the production area. Collaborate with other departments for smooth operational flow. Report on production efficiency, inventory levels, and staff performance. Implement cost-control strategies while maintaining dough quality.
