Position : Assistant Manager – Product Engineering

Job Location: Halol - Vadodara

About The Company

One of the leading names into solar energy and Power cables.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical/Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 6 + years’ experience into design and development of electrical components, with a focus on solar PV systems.
To ensure Electrical/Electronic design robustness of Solar products meeting stringent industry and quality standards and customer specifications specializing in Solar products, responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of Solar product solutions for solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.The position requires collaboration with cross- functional teams to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and performance of solar products, contributing to the advancement of renewable energy technologies
  • Design and develop solar products meeting industry standards (IEC, UL, CE etc.)
  • Perform portfolio gap analysis
  • Perform Competitive Benchmarking
  • Concept designs & design optimization per customer requirements/industry standards
  • Develop Test plan & perform Design Verification and Validation
  • Liaise with external partners/suppliers for development
  • Transition products for industrialization and commercialization
