Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee procurement activities for greenfield engineering projects, ensuring alignment with project timelines and budget.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and pricing to secure the best possible terms.
Collaborate with engineering and project teams to identify procurement needs and develop strategies that support project objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
Monitor market trends and conduct supplier evaluations to enhance sourcing strategies.
Prepare and present procurement reports to management, highlighting opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Lead and mentor junior procurement staff, fostering a culture of integrity and collaboration within the team.
Address any procurement-related issues or disputes promptly and effectively.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in greenfield engineering projects.
Proven track record of strong negotiation and compliance skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
