Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Driving & delivering revenue targets for Pre-sales vertical
  • Managing a team of outsourced process partners (call canter) to deliver business targets
  • Doing manpower and capacity planning for the Pre-sales team at the call center on a regular basis for both launches & sustenance sales
  • Maintaining & analysing the data pertaining to the performance of the pre-sales team for all the projects
  • Reviewing the performance of pre-sales and coming up with suggestions to further enhance the same
  • Developing various alternate sources for generating business from Pre-sales
  • Ensuring the quality of the service provided to the customers on calls (data interpretation & training to improve quality)
  • Coordinating with regional sales heads for planning sales for their respective regions
  • Creating a supportive environment and network in order to facilitate change
  • Encouraging the team to consider risky propositions in order to make positive change
  • Working with the different vertical heads for formulation of different schemes
