Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Performance Management System (PMS)

* Assist in planning and executing the annual performance appraisal cycle.

* Coordinate goal-setting processes and ensure timely completion.

* Monitor performance reviews and provide support to managers and employees.

* Maintain PMS data, dashboards, and documentation.

* Identify performance gaps and collaborate with HR leadership for improvement plans.

2. Employee Relations (ER)

* Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.

* Support grievance redressal processes while maintaining sensitivity and confidentiality.

* Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed across departments.

* Maintain positive workplace culture through trust-building initiatives.

3. Employee Engagement

* Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and events.

* Conduct surveys, feedback drives, and engagement analysis

* Propose creative ideas for enhancing employee morale and organizational culture.

* Coordinate communication campaigns and recognition programs.

4. Training & Development

* Identify training needs through discussions, feedback, and performance insights.

* Assist in designing and implementing training programs and workshops.

* Coordinate internal and external training sessions and maintain training records.

* Evaluate training effectiveness and report outcomes.

Preferred candidate profile

* Graduate or Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

* 4 - 8 years of relevant experience in PMS, ER, employee engagement, or T&D.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

* Proactive approach, problem-solving attitude, and strong coordination skills.

* Experience in HRMS/PMS tools will be an added advantage.
