1. Order Management & Procurement

Order Placement & handling all the direct shipments.

Efficiency in managing costs related to Egypt RM shipments

Placing the orders with supplier within desired timeframe.

Reduction on ex-factory & MOQ with supplier.

Delivered the order within the agreed timeframe to customer.

1. Procurement & Distributions from 3PL warehouse & Order management

Responsible complete inbound & outbound despatches from Mother warehouse and arrange timely shipment. taking care of all issues related to Dubai warehouse.

1. Internal & External Coordination

Coordinate with Asia/India team for codification & Quotation.

Supporting in AT Summer & winter order

Coordinate with Exim Team.

Coordinating with all suppliers for shipments.

Handling shortage claims shipped for Direct shipments.

Handle queries of distributors.

1. Inventory Management

Ensuring excess quantities is consumed first before placing any new order and discuss plan with sales

team on consumption of excess quantities. Ensuring customer picking goods as per given date.
Reduction on ex-factory & MOQ with supplier

1. Maintenance master data for direct shipment & Raw Material

1. Supervising & supporting Direct shipment

Supervising & supporting to subordinate & problem solving.

1. System & Process

Optimization of systems with the help of IT team.

Assist in setting processes to simplify the system.

Tactfully handle & resolve escalated issues.

1. MIS

Maintain product master data in system.

Maintain Saber data.

Create MIS & department reports as an when require.

Education

Graduate, Post-graduate in Supply Chain / Logistics / Import Export.

Experience Requirements

8- 10 years of experience in procurement & distribution planning.

Handled multiple brands, products.

Basic knowledge of Import and Export.

Ability to multitask & strong in coordination.
