Assistant Manager - Planning

Role & responsibilities

• Understand key drivers of Supply Chain from Demand and Supply side
• Solving Capacity gaps across last-mile assets through data insights and stakeholder collaboration
• Formulate models to show capacity vs spillage/ speed impact and drive decision making
• Should be able to do extensive Route cause analysis for speed gaps and create a waterfall for solutions
• Write business documents formulating the last mile problem statements and initiate product discussions 
• Own speed metric and be the POC for business, supply chain and finance stakeholders
• Be proactive in figuring out ways to improve the speed and raise appropriate callouts and get into execution 

Preferred candidate profile

• Ability to analyze large data and convert into simple presentable forms.
• Proficient in MS-Excel & Python.
• Improve process & work flows to reduce TAT & derive insights
• Ability to create supply and capacity models to simulate and build scenarios
• Works closely with stakeholders to drive improvements and efficiencies in the system.
• Clearly demonstrated process-orientation and structured, organized thinking, excellent
  analytical abilityDemonstrated ability in setting up new processes with proven track record of stakeholdermanagement and program management in Supply Chain planning domain.
