Assistant Manager-Performance Marketing

We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded Performance Marketing Team Lead to oversee our digital marketing efforts and lead a team of performance marketing specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing strategies, driving revenue growth, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical prowess, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of performance marketers.

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, Display, Email).

Drive lead generation, conversions, and ROI improvement.

Manage budgets, performance tracking, and reporting.

Analyze funnel performance and improve CPL, CAC, and lead quality.

Implement A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

Coordinate with sales/admissions teams for lead quality feedback and optimization.

Track market trends and identify growth and scale opportunities.

Monitor and optimize landing page performance with design/tech teams.

Ensure compliance with platform policies, brand guidelines, and data privacy norms.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in performance/digital marketing.

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools.

Proven experience in team handling and performance management.

Strong analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills.

Experience in lead-generation driven B2C environments (EdTech preferred).

Understanding of full-funnel marketing and conversion optimization.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
