Job Description

Role & responsibilities: Overseeing business operations. Liaising with clients and partners to ensure all needs are met on time. Creating and updating documentation of all department processes and policies. Participating in meetings on behalf of or alongside the Operations Manager. Monitoring the performance of the staff and addressing areas for improvement. Responsible for overseeing the management of data. Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of reports. Preferred candidate profile: Should have good experience in preparing operations report and having good MS-excel skills. Perks and benefits: Working timing from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm.
