New Paint shop facility planning for PTCED , Top coat with process & conveyor systems , Painting , Sealing Automation Existing paint shops major modifications for quality , new process, capacity optimisation , new product requirements planning & execution Budget planning for Capital & revenue requirements for end to end projects Installation , Commissioning & Handover of new facilities to concerned mfg & quality teams Support for Civil & utilities planning for paint shops Daily, weekly , reviews with Suppliers and other stake holders with MIS New Product & facility related reviews with Sr. management & reporting. Concern resolution with CFT and implementation of solutions New process technology benchmarking , study and implementation as per requirement New product benchmarking , study and implementation as per requirement Timely delivery of facility & product readiness as per management requirement as per budget values
Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E
Bachelors of Technology in Mechanical / Automobile / E&E Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical / Automobile
1 to 4 years of experience in Paint Shop, Manufacturing
