Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager or a Senior Executive of MKCI Green Innovation Centre located in Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. This position will be responsible for Product development of hydrogen production electrode for Alkaline Water Electrolyzer, scaling up of the electrode product, and safety management in the laboratory. This position also will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating between different departments and cooperation with R&D center in Japan, ensuring compliance with company policies, and managing team performance. The role also requires handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues happened in the laboratory promptly. Qualifications PhD degree or Master's degree in Electrochemistry, Material Chemistry, or related field Previous experience in a manufacturing company of electrode is preferred Previous experience in a management role is preferred Knowledge of the manufacturing industry is a plus Publication of scientific papers about water electrolysis is a plus Leadership and Team Management skills Project Planning and Strategy Development skills Compliance and Policy Adherence skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Problem-solving and Conflict Resolution skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Company Description Mitsui Kinzoku Components India Private Limited(MKCI) was incorporated on 23 June 2005 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Mitsui Mining & Smelting Company Limited, Japan.
