Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager or Deputy Area Manager, located in Chhattisgarh, India. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, achieving sales targets, building and maintaining strong dealer and customer relationships, and ensuring seamless after-sales service. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, promotional activity planning, implementing sales strategies, and providing product training to customers and dealers to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales management and developing market strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for team management and customer relations
• Proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making
• Knowledge of the agricultural or automotive sector is an advantage
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
• Proficiency in regional languages and familiarity with the Chhattisgarh market is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field is required
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
