Assistant Manager - Operations

You will be responsible for on-boarding high-quality driver partners and vendors, ensuring that they are well-trained, process-driven, and customer-centric. Your role will involve ensuring delivery on SLAs promised to the customer and restoring operations to normalcy in case of any disruptions. Additionally, you will be in charge of hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team of Supervisors. This is a full-time position with benefits including cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, leave encashment, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts with the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The educational requirement for this role is a Bachelor's degree, and the desired experience includes 6 years in 3PL, 5 years in Last Mile e-commerce logistics, and 4 years in sourcing delivery executives.
