Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Credit Bureau Reporting

  o Ensure 100% accuracy in commercial credit bureau reporting every month across all four bureaus. o Achieve zero escalations or rejections in reports.

• Collections & Vendor Accounting

  o Manage collections reconciliation and vendor invoice accounting for B2C and B2B2C within a TAT of 10 days. o Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial data.

• Regulatory Compliance & Resolution

  o Resolve 100% of RBI complaints and legal notices within the regulatory TAT. o Coordinate with internal teams and partners for accurate resolution.

• MIS & Portfolio Health

  o Prepare and submit weekly MIS reports to management. o Monitor portfolio performance while ensuring adherence to RBI Master Directions and DLG compliance.

• Compliance & Guidelines Implementation

  o Liaise with compliance teams to implement RBI guidelines and digital lending norms. o Conduct self-audits and compliance gap checks on KYC norms, bureau & loan reporting, documentation, and fair lending practices.

• Partner & Vendor Coordination

  o Coordinate with fintech partners, LOS/LMS providers, and tech vendors for operational processes. o Lead integration testing and UAT for new partner onboarding and product launches.

• Audit & Risk Management

  o Maintain 100% audit readiness for internal, statutory, and regulatory audits. o Identify gaps and implement corrective actions proactively.
