Job Description

As a Marketing & Sales professional, your role will involve taking overall responsibility for center sales targets and achieving conversion and admissions targets. You will be managing a team of executives and planning and executing local level marketing activities to drive business growth. Ensuring timely installments collection and providing regular reports to the Area Manager will also be part of your key responsibilities. Your role in Academics & Operations will include overseeing center operations targets and managing a team of academic coordinators/executives. Achieving strong customer word of mouth, interacting with and motivating faculties, as well as effectively solving operational problems as they arise are crucial aspects of this role. In order to excel in this position, you should possess excellent English communication skills to engage with premium customers. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel will be beneficial for data analysis and reporting. Your ability to manage a team, stay target-oriented, and prioritize customer service orientation will be essential for success. Additionally, having a basic interest in providing guidance and education will be advantageous in this role. This is a full-time job opportunity with benefits including Provident Fund. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 1 year of experience in operations or a similar role. The work location for this position is in person.
