Assistant Manager - Operations

Ariko Cafe is a premium dessert destination in Hyderabad known for artisanal gelato, sourdough breads, and elevated café experiences. We are looking for a dependable and skilled Operations Assistant with an electrical background to help ensure smooth technical operations at the store level.

This is a non-kitchen, non-customer-facing role. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling minor electrical work, monitoring equipment functionality, and coordinating with vendors for any technical maintenance required.

• Perform minor electrical repairs (lights, sockets, wiring, power issues)
• Monitor and troubleshoot basic café equipment (e.g. fridges, ovens, display units)
• Coordinate with third-party service technicians for larger repairs or maintenance
• Support installation and upkeep of small appliances or café devices
• Ensure safe handling of electrical tools and follow safety protocols
• Maintain a basic log of maintenance tasks and service records
• Assist with non-technical errands or store-level coordination when required (excluding cleaning or food-related tasks)

• 1–3 years experience in electrical work or facility maintenance
• ITI, diploma, or proven knowledge in electrical systems preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical safety and troubleshooting
• Physically fit and capable of handling small repair jobs/tools
• Punctual, responsible, and self-managed
• Basic communication in Hindi or English
• Prior experience in hospitality/retail environment is a plus (not mandatory)
