1. Preparation of Risk register and monitoring of risk incidents.
2. Development and maintenance of score cards/models/statistical tools required for operational risk management
3. Implementation and monitoring risk mitigation strategies to reduce the likelihood or impact of operational risks (examples: improved process documentation, data backup procedures) through scheduling, monitoring and testing regular self-control risk assessments (RCSA) done by respective business/function units to identify areas of weakness.
4. Timely managing Incident management mechanism of the bank by doing follow up with concern teams for closure.
5. Preparation of risk reports and review.
6. Facilitation of Risk training to the employees and promotion of risk awareness culture in the bank.
7. Handling the internal, external, regulatory and compliance audit requirement
