Job Description

What you will bring

8+ years of experience in data operations, client onboarding, or data management roles.
Minimum 2+ years of team/people management experience.
Proficiency in SQL
— including data manipulation, joins, subqueries, and troubleshooting.
Lead the data onboarding process for new client accounts onto our platforms
Strong communication and client management skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions onboarding (preferred).

What we would like to see

An advanced degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or equivalent.
Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server
Strong interpersonal skills and team handling exposure.
Good to have
Python
knowledge.
Good File/Data mapping experience.
