Job Description

What you will bring

  • 8+ years of experience in data operations, client onboarding, or data management roles.
  • Minimum 2+ years of team/people management experience.
  • Proficiency in SQL

    — including data manipulation, joins, subqueries, and troubleshooting.
  • Lead the data onboarding process for new client accounts onto our platforms
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Prior experience in healthcare, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions onboarding (preferred).

What we would like to see

  • An advanced degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL Server
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team handling exposure.
  • Good to have

    Python

    knowledge.
  • Good File/Data mapping experience.
