Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager- OEM in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Manage and coordinate with OEMs to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new OEM customers.
  • Identify and expand business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and complaints.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of the glass industry and its applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
