Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team as an Assistant Manager- OEM in the glass industry.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate with OEMs to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new OEM customers.
Identify and expand business opportunities through market research and analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Provide excellent customer service and support to resolve issues and complaints.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of the glass industry and its applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve complex issues.
Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
