Assistant Manager – NReach

Company Description

NIIT Foundation (NF) is a not-for-profit education society established by the promoters of NIIT in 2004. Our mission is to positively impact the underprivileged in the country through educational initiatives and employability skill development programs. NF runs various grassroots initiatives in partnership with corporate entities, setting up skill development centers in urban and rural areas that offer placement support to eligible students. We provide digital and financial literacy programs and install Hole-in-the-Wall Learning Stations to bridge the digital divide. Additionally, we support other NGOs in building their capacity, reaching beneficiaries ranging from 6 to 60 years old through customized CSR solutions, school programs, college collaborations, community initiatives, and digital empowerment projects.

NIIT Foundation is looking for a passionate and driven Assistant Manager – NReach to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting of activities under our flagship NReach programme. The role requires strong corporate relations, stakeholder management, and brand visibility skills to ensure impactful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Liaise with NGOs, corporates, and other partners to strengthen collaborations.

🔹 Facilitate review meetings and maintain strong partner relationships.

🔹 Draft MoUs, partnership documents, and monitor programme data.

🔹 Document success stories, case studies, and best practices.

🔹 Enhance NReach brand visibility through events, campaigns, and social media.

🔹 Develop presentations, newsletters, and knowledge materials.

🔹 Support outreach events, workshops, and conferences.

Requirements

✅ Minimum 3 years of corporate relations experience (NGO experience preferred).

✅ Strong project coordination & stakeholder management skills.

✅ Knowledge of NGO/CSR ecosystem & youth development programmes.

✅ Understanding of Monitoring & Evaluation processes.

✅ Excellent communication, writing & presentation skills.

✅ Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite & digital tools.

✅ Ability to work independently & manage multiple priorities.
