Assistant Manager

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, including salary computation, deductions, reimbursement, and disbursement
• Ensure timely and accurate statutory filings and payments for Provident Fund (PF), Employees' State Insurance (ESI), Professional Tax (PT), Labor Welfare Fund (LWF), and other relevant acts
• Maintain and update employee records, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance documentation
• Conduct payroll audits and reconcile payroll accounts to ensure accuracy
• Handle employee queries related to payroll, statutory benefits, and policies in a professional manner
• Prepare and generate payroll-related MIS and statutory reports for management and government authorities
• Support HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, policy implementation, and employee engagement initiatives
• Coordinate with finance and audit teams for statutory and internal audits related to payroll and HR compliance
• Monitor labor law updates and ensure timely incorporation of regulatory changes

Qualifications and Experience

• MBA, M.Com, MSW, or relevant qualification with specialization in HR, Finance, or Payroll Management
• Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing payroll and statutory compliance, preferably in healthcare/hospital environments
• Proficiency in payroll management systems, HRMS software, and MIS/reporting tools
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and statutory requirements for hospitals
