Identify, canvass, and acquire new MSME customers for business loans and other MSME financial products.
Conduct field visits, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into active customers.
Explain MSME finance guidelines, loan structures, eligibility, and documentation requirements clearly to customers.
Assist customers with application forms, documentation, and loan onboarding processes.
Act as a Relationship Manager for newly onboarded MSME clients during the initial engagement period to ensure a smooth transition and servicing.
Coordinate with branch staff, credit teams, and operations for smooth and timely processing of MSME loan proposals.
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets, including NTB (New-to-Bank) customer acquisition goals.
Maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and submit accurate, timely reports to the reporting manager/authority.
