Develop and maintain MIS reports for the sales department, covering key metrics like sales performance, targets, and trends. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards for management review. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify patterns, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data collection and reporting. Collaborate with sales teams to understand their reporting needs and develop custom reports as required. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve sales strategies and operations. Automate regular reporting processes to improve efficiency. Assist in forecasting sales trends and identifying potential challenges or opportunities. Maintain databases and ensure data integrity through periodic checks. Support in preparing presentations and reports for senior management. • Preparation and control of Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS and customized reports • Analysis of MIS Reports, follow up and coordination with cross functional teams to ensure timely flow of MIS • Highlight gaps and deviations and seek explanations from respective functions • Design and develop customized applications to provide reports using Excel Pivot tables, advanced formulas, Excel VBA, Tableau. • Ensure error free reporting and TAT adherence of all reports • Adhoc reporting requirements to be made available within prescribed time • Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency • Prepare dashboards & presentation for CEO meetings
