Assistant Manager - MIS & Documentation

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of construction projects to ensure adherence to design specifications, building codes, and quality standards. Your key responsibilities will include developing project plans with timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for smooth project execution, monitoring project progress, and addressing any issues that arise during construction. You will conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality, prepare reports on project status, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process. It is essential to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project delivery. To qualify for this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Civil Engineering within the Real Estate industry with a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion. Experience in liaising with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders is necessary. A Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, while a Master's degree in construction management is preferred. Additionally, holding a Professional Engineer (PE) license and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification will be beneficial for this position.,
