Assistant Manager - Media Enabled Services

Role Overview: As a Playout Assistant Manager at Tata Communications, you will be responsible for overseeing the Master Control Room (MCR) operations to ensure smooth and efficient playout of live and pre-recorded content. Experience with cloud computing platforms and monitoring tools is desirable. - Technical Skills: Expertise in MCR and playout systems, troubleshooting complex technical issues. - Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in training and mentoring staff. - Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with team members, departments, and external partners. - Problem-Solving: Ability to handle high-pressure situations, troubleshoot technical issues, and implement solutions.
