1. Assigned as section Manager taking responsibilities of all mechanical maintenance activities related to Mixers / Carbon transfer systems having abilities to manage his team of engineers and workmen available .
2. Knowledge on all corresponding Hydraulics related matters pertaining to Mixers in order to troubleshoot and resolve breakdowns .
3. Carrying out systematic Preventive/ Predective / Breakdown maintenance in order to ensure equipment availability in good health at all times for production.
4. All downtimes to be achieved below target levels so as to ensure no loss of production by ensuring good reliability and consistency of all equipment.
5. Responsible for ensuring safety practices being followed by his team
6. Proactively plan for spares and have good spares management
7. Manage and maintain documents as per IATF 16949 requirements
8. Stores / spares expenses and inventory control measures .
9. Complying to all QMS systems for the plant
