Compound Industrialization Engineer

Qualification: Engineering degree (Bachelor)

Experience: Minimum 4 Years hand on Experience on Tyre compound mixing in reputed Company In India , MNC experience Preferred

Knowledge and Key Skills :

Tyre Compound Mixing Expert Deep knowledge and understanding of compound mixing process for tyre translate compound formulations into scalable mixing processes. Supervise trial batches and ensure smooth handover to production for scale-up. Proven hands-on experience of PCR compound mixing with silica and silane Mixing process troubleshooting for New compound, willingness to work at Plant /Process Hands on experience on rubber, filler and rubber chemicals Strong knowledge of rubber material behavior, reinforcement systems (carbon black, silica), plasticizers, resins, curatives, and additives. Strong knowledge of silica silane mixing with specif process window (time & temp) Good understanding rubber chemicals like plasticizers, resins, curatives, and additives Understanding of handling rubber chemicals like plasticizers, resins, curatives, and additives Knowledge of Compound testing Equipments Familiarity with compound testing equipment (RPA, MDR, Mooney viscometer, UTM etc). Other TQM and Quality system knowledge is desirable Project Management Skills are desirable Awarness on plant/mixing floor saftey
