Responsibilities Oversee and manage the mechanical operations within the organization Develop and implement strategies to enhance mechanical efficiency and productivity Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless mechanical processes Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and equipment Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards Manage and mentor a team of mechanical professionals Collaborate with senior management to provide regular updates on mechanical operations Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize mechanical processes Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely manner Prepare reports and documentation related to mechanical operations.
