The role of Assistant Manager- Marketing involves supporting the Marketing team in executing and overseeing diverse marketing campaigns and initiatives. You will play a crucial part in enhancing brand awareness, engaging customers, and achieving overall marketing success. Your responsibilities will include coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, managing cross-functional relationships, and offering strategic insights. Additionally, you will assist in managing project timelines, tracking key performance metrics, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure that the marketing department's objectives are achieved. Your key responsibilities will encompass assisting in the development and implementation of offline marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. You will be responsible for tracking performance, gathering insights, and adjusting strategies accordingly. Market research and analysis will also be a vital aspect of your role, including identifying trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies. You will provide actionable insights and recommendations based on research findings to enhance campaign strategies, as well as assist in segmentation and targeting strategies for different customer profiles. Furthermore, you will contribute to the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and promotions. This involves supporting logistics, coordination, and communication with vendors, partners, and attendees. Data tracking and reporting will be a key part of your role, where you will monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through analytics tools and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will assist in preparing performance reports, including metrics on engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates, and provide recommendations for optimizing future marketing efforts based on data insights. Cross-functional collaboration is essential in this role, as you will work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. You will coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners for campaign execution and deliverables. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a related industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills are crucial, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools. You should be able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective time management.
