As an Assistant Manager - Marketing, your role will involve driving the company's growth through well-planned, data-driven marketing strategies and executions. This includes conducting brand audits, developing the team, and implementing targeted initiatives to achieve business goals. Your key responsibilities will include crafting comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on dealer/customer acquisition, brand growth, and engagement. You will be responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice. Managing the marketing budget effectively, tracking ROI on campaigns, and reporting performance metrics to senior management will be crucial aspects of your role. Properly guiding team members, monitoring their performance, and collaborating with vendors and agencies to ensure impactful strategies are planned and executed will also be part of your responsibilities. You will conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition by adjusting marketing tactics based on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior. Overseeing the creation of marketing materials, ensuring brand integrity across all communications and marketing channels, and implementing effective strategies for selecting the right vendors will be key to your success in this role. Additionally, leveraging SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media platforms to boost visibility and drive engagement, collaborating cross-functionally with other departments, and acting as a custodian for brand-related documents will be important aspects of your job. You will also be responsible for conducting brand audits, documenting intellectual property and regulatory procedures, staying updated on market trends, and measuring ROI for all marketing activities. Encouraging team participation in branding activities, implementing targeted branding initiatives for various stakeholders, and staying informed about competition will also be part of your responsibilities.
