Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with strong expertise in social media, campaign management, and brand building. This role requires overseeing the creative teams (graphics & content), managing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of social media, content, and design professionals.
• Oversee day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Support in building and scaling the brand across digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth campaign delivery.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies accordingly.
• Handle pressure and deadlines while maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
• Experience in campaign management and brand-building initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a creative team effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
