Job Description 1) Software Development Knowledge on Rockwell Systems. 2) Develop, configure, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems as per project requirements. 3) Develop software modules based on Application specifications and design documents 4) Conduct factory acceptance tests (FAT) to verify software functionality before deployment. 5) Debug and troubleshoot system errors, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively 6) Verify system operation, calibration, and tuning of control systems to meet customer requirements. 7) Document all software modifications, parameter settings, and system configurations. 8) Visit to customer sites for new projects, troubleshooting etc. 9) Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications 10) Application/Software Knowledge on Packaging Machines. Qualifications B.E./Diploma in Electrical & Electronics having 5-6 years’ experience in software, Automation and commissioning of industrial automation systems. Additional Information Application Knowledge of Packaging Machines / Special Purpose Machines Hardware: Allen Bradley controls, Beckhoff, Siemens and Rexroth. Programming languages: Structure text, Ladder, FBD and Motion Control Programming. Programming Software tools: Twincat3, Studio500, TIA portal, Indraworks, Factor talk and Zenon Communication: OPC UA Knowledge in SAP & ePlan8 Understanding of industrial communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, Profibus, OPC).. Good communication skill (both written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and excellent analytical skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to travel to client sites for commissioning and support activities.
