Key Responsibilities

Broker & Channel Partner Management

  • Build, maintain, and expand a

    network of real estate brokers and agents

    in the AndheriBandra region.
  • Onboard new brokers, negotiate commissions, and maintain relationships to maximize lead flow.
  • Monitor broker performance and ensure alignment with company sales targets.

Lead Generation & Conversion

  • Receive leads from brokers/agents and

    ensure timely follow-up and closure

    .
  • Track conversion rates and work to improve lead-to-booking efficiency.
  • Ensure

    sales targets are met or exceeded

    for assigned projects.

Sales Coordination

  • Liaise with internal sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth

    handover of leads and bookings

    .
  • Maintain records of bookings, pending leads, and broker commissions.
  • Attend site visits and client meetings with brokers when required.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain dashboards for

    broker performance, lead status, and sales achieved

    .
  • Provide regular reports to Sales Head on revenue generated through the broker network.
  • Analyze market trends in the AndheriBandra area and report competitor activity.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure broker contracts, commission agreements, and all

    sales documentation are compliant

    with company policies.
  • Track and document all sales activities, agreements, and commission settlements.

Skills & Competencies

  • Sales Skills:

    Proven track record in real estate sales through brokers/agents.
  • Networking:

    Strong relationships with brokers and agents in AndheriBandra preferred.
  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Ability to negotiate commissions and close deals effectively.
  • Local Market Knowledge:

    In-depth understanding of Mumbai micro-market, especially AndheriBandra.
  • Reporting & Coordination:

    Comfortable preparing dashboards, reports, and handling multiple sales channels.
  • Tools:

    Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and basic reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (any discipline); MBA or specialization in sales/marketing is a plus.
  • 37 years of

    real estate sales experience

    , preferably in Mumbai.
