Key Responsibilities

CRM & Data Management:

  • Manage, update, and ensure the integrity of client data within the CRM system.
  • Segment and maintain client databases to enable personalized and targeted outreach.
  • Support the creation of CRM workflows and automation to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align CRM activities with business priorities.

Research & Insights

  • Conduct desk research on industries, clients, and prospects to support business development.
  • Track client interactions, engagement trends, and campaign performance.
  • Generate analytical reports and actionable insights to guide marketing and client engagement strategies.

Content & Communication Support

  • Assist in creating, editing, and proofreading client communications and email campaigns.
  • Ensure brand consistency, accuracy, and clarity in all CRM-related content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging with firm-wide communication goals.
