Job Description

As an experienced HR professional specializing in end-to-end recruitment within the pharmaceutical sector for field staff roles, your main responsibilities will include: - Designing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies for pharma field staff recruitment & head office positions. - Developing, updating, and refining job descriptions and specifications for field sales and head office support roles. - Collaborating closely with HODs, ZMs, RMs, and AMs to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of recruitment requirements. - Sourcing, screening, and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, campus drives, and referrals. - Conducting structured interviews and multiple assessment methods to evaluate candidates" skills, experience, and cultural fit. - Effectively onboarding and carrying out inductions for new hires to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. - Fostering continuous employee connect and engagement initiatives for field staff, including regular feedback and check-ins. - Acting as the primary HR contact for all field employees, ensuring effective communication on HR-related matters. - Generating and analyzing recruitment and confirmation data, and creating regular reports for HR leadership and field management. - Promoting the organization's employer brand and upholding HR best practices. - Monitoring HR policies and adapting strategies to support retention and satisfaction of field staff. - Driving the collection, analysis, and reporting of KRA/KPI data for all field staff roles to ensure organizational targets are met. - Driving and monitoring confirmation data of Medical Representatives to ensure timely completion of probation periods. - Collaborating with ZMs, RMs, and AMs to track confirmation status and resolve delays. The job type for this position is full-time, permanent. Additionally, the benefits include health insurance and provident fund. The work location is in person.,
