Assistant Manager/ Manager-Finance

Role Overview: You have an exciting opportunity to join the energetic and growing WovV Team as an Assistant Manager/Manager-Finance. Your role will involve being responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and running all finance activities of the company, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain financial and cash flow projections. - Manage quarterly budgets. - Generate regular MIS reports. - Assist the Finance Head in day-to-day finance operations. - Plan and project for new markets. - Prepare or assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns/IT returns. - Establish internal controls by preparing regular documentation for internal expense controls. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is mandatory. - Minimum 1-4 years of experience in the finance/accounts department in IT or technology-based companies. - Good communication skills. - Efficient and accurate in work and communication. - Possess excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
