Job Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute CRM strategies aligned with business goals to improve customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Manage CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot) to ensure smooth operation and data integrity.
  • Segment customer data and create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer behavior and preferences.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to align CRM activities and enhance customer journeys.
  • Analyze CRM data and campaign performance to derive actionable insights and optimize efforts.
  • Oversee the automation of communication workflows, including email marketing, SMS, and push notifications.
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT for system upgrades and troubleshooting.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on CRM best practices and tools.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all CRM activities.
