• As part of the corporate team, you will showcase our values of Consumer Focus, Commitment to
Results and Continuous Improvement through innovative solutions.
• Interfacing with decision makers ((Admin/HR/Procurement/Trade Marketing/CXOs/Finance
Managers, etc., of corporate organizations to pitch Adotrip services.
• Handling the entire sales cycle from lead generation, preparing, and giving business presentations/
proposals for closing the final deal
• Creating and maintaining a monthly sales funnel.
• Building long-term relationships with new accounts and maintaining strong relationships with
existing corporates.
• Analyzing the current market trends for scoping competition and adapting best practices.
• Ensuring quick resolution of queries and escalations by clients to ensure smooth operations
• Working closely with other teams of other businesses like MICE, Airline Operations, and Hotel On
onboarding to ensure cross-selling, etc.
• 3 to 5 Years of Experience
• Knowledge of P&L management
• Strong communication skills, influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management
skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Business development skills with proven sales record
• Creative and proactive approach.
