We are looking for a results-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with industry leaders, gaining hands-on sales experience while driving business growth in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate is a Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset, eager to identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in high-level sales meetings and client interactions to drive business growth.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify and capitalize on new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales proposals, engagement letters, client agreements, and facilitate vendor onboarding.
  • Conduct targeted outreach via emails and cold calls to drive client acquisition and business growth.
  • Streamline sales processes to improve efficiency and accelerate turnaround times.
  • Proactively address and resolve client concerns to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact until client onboarding is successfully completed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field)
  • 1-3 years of experience in client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage client expectations effectively
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM tools is a plus
