Role & responsibilities

App Configurations
: Maintain and manage app configurations to ensure smooth operations.
Marketing Program Execution
: Run and support marketing programs on the app to enhance customer engagement.
App & User Behaviour Analytics
: Monitor and analyse app performance and user behavior to derive actionable insights.
Execution & Accuracy
: Ensure error-free and timely execution of merchandising activities.
Collaboration with Category Teams
: Work closely with the category teams to drive sales and enhance product visibility on the app.
Collaboration with Marketing Teams
: Partner with the marketing team to effectively Execute key promotional programs.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in app merchandising, marketing operations or e-commerce is preferred.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or other data analysis tools.
Detail-oriented with the ability to execute campaigns accurately and on time.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
