Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Outreach & Engagement:

    Build and nurture relationships with schools, coaching centers, and educational influencers. Plan and execute outreach activities like education fairs, seminars, and school visits.
  • Marketing Support:

    Execute offline marketing campaigns to generate quality leads and enhance the university's brand visibility.
  • Data & Reporting:

    Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments using the university's CRM system. Track key admissions metrics and provide market insights for decision-making.
  • Communication:

    Handle inbound queries from prospective students and parents, providing clear guidance on the admission process, programs, and curriculum.
  • Event Management:

    Assist in the planning and execution of admissions events such as open houses, information sessions, and webinars.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with excellent presentation abilities.
  • Target-oriented, with a results-driven approach and strong follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
