🔹 What You’ll Do

• Supervise

  day-to-day accounting

  operations for multiple clients.
• Ensure timely preparation and submission of

  MIS reports

  .
• Maintain

  100% compliance

  with statutory requirements under GST, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
• Handle

  financial statement preparation

  and coordinate client audits.
• Prepare and reconcile differences between

  year-end MIS

  and

  audited financial statements

  .
• Discuss reconciliation adjustments with clients and obtain management sign-offs.
• Respond proactively to client queries and ensure adherence to agreed

  TATs (Turnaround Times)

  .

🔹 What We’re Looking For

• CA (Final Dropout)

  with

  4–6 years

  of experience in accounting and corporate compliances.
• Strong understanding of

  GST

  ,

  Income Tax

  , and

  financial reporting

  under the Companies Act.
• Prior experience working

  in or for

  manufacturing or trading companies.
• Proficiency in

  Excel

  ,

  Tally

  , and other ERP/accounting software.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to

  manage and lead teams

  effectively.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
