Job Title

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound and outbound logistics across all plants and warehouses in India, including transporters, C&F agents, and third-party logistics providers.
Draft, review, and finalize contracts with logistics service providers, ensuring cost-effective and compliant agreements.
Lead negotiations to establish long-term rate contracts and optimize logistics costs.
Drive digitalisation initiatives such as GPS-enabled fleet tracking and online consignment monitoring.
Oversee insurance coordination, claims handling, and damage control measures.
Develop and implement SOPs for logistics processes at a national level.
Supervise C&F operations for all warehouses, ensuring service quality and compliance.
Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to service-level agreements.

Requirement Profile

Education
: Graduate in Commerce or any discipline (preferred).
Experience
: Minimum 8 years in logistics management with PAN-India exposure.
Competencies
: Strong cost-control orientation, commercial knowledge, negotiation skills, digitalisation mindset, process improvement expertise, operational efficiency, and excellent communication.
