Identify, evaluate, and onboard courier and transport partners for multiple shipment categories. Negotiate competitive freight rates and ensure cost-effective, reliable delivery solutions. Schedule daily pickups and manage first-mile coordination with courier partners. Plan and monitor dispatch operations to ensure on-time shipment and accurate order fulfilment. Communicate dispatch details and tracking information to customers and internal teams. Track shipments proactively from dispatch to final delivery and resolve delivery delays or issues. Handle customer and marketplace return logistics, including inspection and ERP updates. Maintain detailed shipment records including SKUs, weights, courier details, and delivery timelines. Update all dispatch, delivery, and return information accurately in ERP systems. Prepare and maintain logistics documentation for audit, GST compliance, and claims. Generate weekly and monthly MIS reports on logistics cost, performance, and delivery efficiency. Monitor key logistics KPIs such as freight cost percentage, delivery success rate, and return TAT. Drive process improvement initiatives to reduce logistics costs, damages, and turnaround times. Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer support teams to ensure smooth and efficient order flow.
